We craft websites
that actually feel something.

A small studio behind Kivaara, Alaknanda Cruise, and Bat Balla Adda — building brand sites, booking platforms, and e-commerce that move the needle for ambitious operators.

What we make

Four kinds of work.
One way of working.

Whatever shape it takes, every project gets the same care for typography, motion, performance, and the quiet details that separate a site from a brochure.

01

Brand Websites

Single-page or full sites that carry the brand voice end-to-end. Editorial typography, considered motion, the kind of polish that earns trust on first scroll.

Next.jsTailwindFramer MotionCMS-optional
02

Booking Platforms

From hotel stays to river cruises — multi-step booking flows with calendars, inventory, payment-ready handoffs, and an operator dashboard if you need one.

Stripe-readyCalendarAdmin PanelPDF Vouchers
03

E-commerce

Product catalogues that actually convert. Filterable shop pages, fast cart, mobile checkout, integrations with WhatsApp/COD or full payment gateways.

04

Custom Apps

Dashboards, member portals, community hubs, internal tools. When a SaaS doesn't fit, we build the thing-shaped thing.

Real brands.
Real stakes.

A few of the brands we’ve quietly powered behind the scenes — each one designed, built, and shipped end-to-end.

Our belief

We don’t make
just websites.
We make first impressions
that don’t fade.

A website is a handshake. The first one your brand gets to make at scale. We treat it that way — with the type, the motion, the loading states, the quiet details that separate a site from a brochure.

How we work

From first call
to live URL, in five weeks.

We’re a small team, so we move quickly and stay close. No project managers in the loop, no waiting on three Slack channels.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Discover

A real conversation. We learn what you sell, who you sell to, and what 'good' looks like for the business — not just the website.

  2. 02
    Week 2–3

    Design

Type, palette, motion, and key screens — built straight in code so what you sign off is what ships. No 40-slide decks.

  3. 03
    Week 3–5

    Build

Production-grade Next.js. Real content, real images, real loading states. We iterate on a live preview URL with you in the loop.

  4. 04
    Week 5

    Ship

Domain, hosting, analytics, SEO basics, and a launch checklist. We don't disappear at handoff — we sit on the call for it.

  5. 05
    Ongoing

    Grow

Light retainers for changes, new sections, and conversion tweaks. The site keeps earning its keep.

Two devs walked

One writes the code at 2am. The other names the colours. Together they make websites that look like someone actually cared.

Things That Ship

— and yes, we’ve been told that’s a suspiciously small studio. We’ll take it as a compliment.
